Spring Cleaning

Spring cleaning is done according to number of hours booked and the cleaning team will work for this duration. The number of hours booked does not guarantee that all the tasks will be completed. We do our best to estimate the time for the job but as all households differ considerablely more time may be needed during the actual cleaning. If this is the case, please call our office to discuss any additional hours required.We ask clients to de-clutter their homes before the clean team arrives as this will enable the team carry on with the actual cleaning.

We begin with couple of minutes all house clean-up this will clear out the clutter and give us room to do the actual spring cleaning. We recommend de-cluttering your house as this will save the cleaners valuable time to carry with the actually tasks. The time it takes the cleaner to de-clutter could be used to do the real cleaning she was hired for. secondly it’s easier for the owner of the house to de-clutter as he or she knows where all the bits and bops goes. Don’t worry about cleaning the floors, dusting, wiping  and all the rest will we will do this later once we have the clusters out of the way.

Furniture’s to be cleaned, dusted and polished where possible.

Pictures to be dusted.

All skirting’s to be cleaned.

Light fittings and switches to be cleaned.

Cleaning of windows and frames.*

Floors to be cleaned, hoovered or mopped.

Cleaning of mirrors.

Doors to be cleaned to remove finger marks.

Ceilings to be cleaned to remove any cobwebs.

Furniture’s to be cleaned, dusted and polished from outside

All skirting to be cleaned.

Light fittings and switches to be cleaned.

Cleaning of window sills and windows.*

Floors to be hoovered or mopped.

Doors to be wiped to remove any finger marks.

Ceilings to be dusted to remove any cobwebs.

All banisters and spindles to be cleaned and dusted.

Skirting’s to be wiped down and marks removed.

Stairs to be hoovered or mopped.

Descaling of shower head and taps.

Descaling of shower screen and tiles.

All sanitary ware to be cleaned and wiped to be smear free.

Clean and disinfect toilet seat inside and out, toilet bowl inside and out, polish where necessary.
Clean and wash the bathtub(shower cabin), polishing the taps.

Clean and wash the tiles and between the tiles, removing lime scale.

Extractor fan to be cleaned.

Inside of any cabinets to be wiped out if they are empty.

Mirrors to be cleaned.

Woodworks to be wiped down including window sills.

All skirting boards to be cleaned.

Floor to be cleaned and moped.

Light fittings to be wiped including switches.

Cleaning of inside windows*

Doors and frames to be wiped over.

Ceilings to be cleaned to remove cobwebs.

All cupboards and cabinets to be wiped in and out, including the tops if the are empty (if they are not empty, Please tell us during booking. Removing, returning items will require extra time. They team may not be able to do it unless discussed during booking.)*

Sink and work tops to be cleaned and wiped.

Washing machine to be cleaned.

Dishwasher to be cleaned.

Oven and hobs cleaned from outside.

Outside of extractor fan or hood to be cleaned if reachable

Fridge to be cleaned  from outside. ( Please tell us during booking if require the inside of fridge cleaned. They team may not be able to do it unless discussed during booking.)*

All kitchen appliances to wiped down and cleaned from outside.

Surfaces to be wiped down and cleaned.

Floors to be cleaned and moped.

Microwave to be cleaned inside and out.

Light fittings to be cleaned including switches if they are reachable.

Wood work to be cleaned including skirting Boards.

Cleaning of inside windows. (Please tell us during booking if you require inside window cleaned)*

Doors and frames to be wiped to remove any finger marks.

Ceilings to be cleaned to remove any cobwebs.

*Cleaning Tasks marked with Asterisk can take twice the time to perform. Please tell us during booking if you will require any of these tasks. They team may not be able to do it unless discussed during booking. Cleaning of walls, venetian blinds and inside oven or fridge needs to be specifically agreed on during booking, as the take considerable longer time to complete. If agreed fridge/freezer should  be defrosted before and switched off to enable the team clean it*
