Our Regular Domestic Cleaning Service
Our Domestic Cleaning services are tailored to suit specific clients’ needs. Different domestic tasks can be performed according to your needs. All general domestic cleaning tasks are undertaken. You will get the same domestic cleaner to do your weekly or fortnightly cleaning, that way you will know who is coming into your home each week and your cleaner will be able to work out a routine with you as to what you would like to do on each visit. We will also reallocate you to another domestic cleaner as quickly as possible, in the event your permanent cleaner is unavailable due to illness or holidays
All our cleaning ladies and men are reference-checked and fully vetted. We require proof of address, references from a previous employer and proof of ID passport. In addition to this our cleaners go through an induction course and must be eligible to work in the UK legally, to ensure high standards of cleaning service are maintained.
Domestic Cleaning Tasks
Living Room
- Remove cobwebs from the ceiling*
- Dust chairs and surfaces
- Dusting Brass/Silver*
- Clean and polish mirrors and glass surfaces
- Clean tables and remove finger marks
- Clean around fireplace*
- Vacuum sofas and tidy sofa cushions *
- Clean and dust skirting boards
- Clean and dust radiators*
- Dust picture frames and lamp shapes
- Clean and wipe light switches, remove finger marks and dirt
- Wipe and dust window ledges
- Empty bins
Bedrooms
- Clean and wipe wardrobes and drawers
- Clean and polish mirrors and glass surfaces
- Dust and polish all tops and surfaces
- Dust picture frames and lampshades
- Dust windowsills and ledges
- Pick up clutters, clothes left outside of the wardrobe, etc (if required)*
- Make the bed, fluff pillows, straighten the duvet*
- Change sheets if required *
- Clean and dust skirting boards
- Clean and wipe light switches, remove finger marks and dirt
- Vacuum and mop the floor where necessary
- Empty bins
Kitchen Areas
- Clean and polish all cupboards and drawers, removing, dirt and finger marks
- Clean the cooker hobs and outside the oven*
- Clean the microwave inside and out, remove stains, and finger marks where possible*
- Clean outside all appliances like refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. removing dirt and finger marks
- Clean and wash all tops and surfaces, polish where necessary
- Clean and wash the sink, shine taps and tiles around the sink
- Empty bins, change bin bags
- Wipe down bins and mop the floor
Bathrooms/Toilets
- Clean and disinfect toilet seats inside and out
- Clean and wash the bathtub, polishing the taps.
- Clean the shower cabin
- Clean and wash the tiles
- Polishing mirrors and glasses and chromes
- Clean towel rack and arrange towels neatly
- Clean the cabinets (if there are any)
- Clean and wash the sink inside and out, polish the taps
- Mop the floors and empty the bins
- Polish chrome fixtures
All Rooms
- Clean and dust skirting boards
- Dust picture frames
- Clean and wipe the door handles remove finger marks
- Dust lamp shapes
- Clean and wipe light switches, remove fingerprints and dirt’s
- Clean around fireplace and radiators*
- Polish mirrors and glasses
- Clean windows ledges*
- Vacuum and mop the floor where necessary
Special request tasks
(must be discussed during booking as they are non-standard and not all cleaners do them)
- Ironing services, trousers, shirts, dresses, etc.*
- Wash up dishes and load/unload dish-washer*
- Laundry, Load/unload the washing machine*
- Fold and put away laundry*
- Refill cotton balls/soap dispenser/toilet paper etc*
- Changing bedding*

*Cleaning Tasks marked with Asterisk can take twice the time to perform please allow extra time when such tasks are required of the cleaner we recommend creating a schedule for such tasks*

Safe key-holding
If you are busy working during the day you can leave a set of keys with your cleaner. All our domestic cleaners are trained in safe key-holding. we also provide a Key Security Deposit Form for secure key holding.
Our domestic cleaning services come with full Public and Employers Liability insurance cover to give you a rest of mind and best of all there is no annual contract to sign all you pay is the hourly rate as quoted.
